Order Turn Around
Outstanding service isn't something XRF does for you; we do it for ourselves and we both benefit. XRF feels that the sooner you get your order, the sooner you will sell it, and the sooner you will buy some more.
Our target has always been to ship an order the same day that we receive it. And 90% of the time we do just that.
This, too, would be the objective for your orders, however, we also realize that we are bound by the laws of physics and because of the size of your orders, we may not always be able to meet this objective.
You can rest assured that if there is eight hours worth of work to complete your order; it will be ready in eight hours, if there is one hour's work involved, your order will be ready in one hour.
We have absolutely no roadblocks between order intake and the warehouse floor. Pick tickets are printed within seconds of receiving an order.
Our zeal for order turn-around often is not shared by our customers who need longer lead times in order to be prepared to receive the goods. Between us, we will establish a satisfactory turn-around time.
As parts and service planning is dynamic and catalogues are static, we may have in stock additional parts that have become available throughout the year that are not yet shown in the catalogue. This information is made readily available simply by calling our 800 hotline number.
